Commercially this year is not a bad thought away from it. After months of development and meetings, we sign additional 13 accounts with some really interesting Emaar (Middle East & KAEC), Saudi Fuel, Al Sawan, Toys R Us, Amex, SAGIA, Jomaih, Mobily and Readers Digest.

In the lot, 9 call center, 3 loyalty programs and customer relationship program (except precision). Another very interesting, which began in Dubai, is UNICEF (bravo Yahya), with the solution that I Developed FUNDEO dedicated to charity. Even if the solution is more effective in Arabia (where I post the repository) is a promising start for this solution and the Emirates.

Speaking of year, wish a happy new year 1429 (lunar year) to all my staff who all worked to achieve these results, my sales, marketing, call center and the prod. It was not bad but could do better :-)
