Thursday, April 30, gentlemen Thierry Guillon Verne (Merchandise Director) and Marc Michel (Financial Director and Professor of Finance) we receive in the offices of the Carrefour store, located Rama 4 Bangkok (the largest group).
They present us with passion and energy development strategy of the group, and deployed operations in Thailand.
During the presentation we are interrupted by background music that pervades the store. Aback and delighted we are seeing the top of our balcony to the dance employees of Carrefour in honor of their clients. Our contacts tell us that two gestures of the dancers, created by employees, symbolizes the different tasks carried out to better serve customers (household, security, collection, ...).
We feel here a very strong customer focus, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a lot of ideas and work.
