We were received by Mr. Michel Terlon , former Vice President of Operations for the Asia Group Essilor. With international experience within Essilor in Europe, Brazil and Asia, Mr. Terlon made us benefited from his rich experience of intercultural management and components of Thai culture.
On the industrial site Essilor manufactured in Thailand there are about fifteen years (about 2000 people), the challenge was to evolve the organization of the site of a French management to a management Thais. Headed by Mr. Terlon this mutation has led to the meet performance targets and productivity set by Essilor.
