Ce mercredi notre équipe a eu le plaisir de rencontrer M. Jean-Marie PITHON (Chairman & CEO de la société DEXTRA ) à son siège de Bangkok.
DEXTRA is a French holding company specializing in the manufacture, sale and distribution of technical products (tension bars, couplers, tubes, sonic, etc..) for industrial customers (airports, subways).
Through the presentation of the historical development of its business (25 years of presence in Thailand), Mr. Pithon shared with us his experience of the Thai economic environment, experience of management Asia and intercultural business practices. Our discussions helped us understand the problem of managing a holding company with several companies in this region.
