The Thai office is a regional center in charge of one part of the Asian zone including Thailand, Vietnam and Laos.
First, they have presented us their corporation : local organisation, mission, values and main goals.
Then, we have debated about two main topics: International SOS HR management applied in Thailand and cultural comparative management in the region.
